The battle to try and bring gun-haters round to realizing that guns actually save lives, is as ever ongoing. Despite concrete proof that over the last two decades or so deaths from guns have dropped quite dramatically, the bleatings continue unabated. Many have already read our powerful analysis of the gun-hater's mentality, which puts their attitude somewhat into perspective!
When figures are surveyed for all categories of deaths, both accidents and actual gun homicides, we see a picture which is much more revealing and demonstrates pretty clearly that guns are not the oft labeled harbingers of doom and destruction.
