Strange and deceitful new anti-gun tactic

It would seem that those against guns have been resorting to deceitful posting of anti-gun stickers in various establishments. Apparently in North Carolina any "No Guns" sign has the force of law -- a class I misdemenor for anyone having a CCW (CHP), unlike in TX where the '30.06' sign is the mandated signage.
The article covers one particular case, which had a successful outcome, and also makes the point that perhaps there should be some random postings here and there on appropriate properties, with the sign "This home is proudly gun-free"!
It seems vigilance is highly desirable -->
