A Right To Arms

By John Robson. Published on December 6th, 2016

A History and Vindication of Canadians' Right to Self-Defense

This one and three quarter hour video is about the problems of gun ownership in Canada, and some might think "how is this relevant to the U.S.?" In fact despite a lot of attention given to some (interesting) history, there is also a great deal of extremely relevant material that shows just how 'authorities' find ways to disarm the law abiding.
Much of this can be translated into situations that have been seen in the U.S. whereby the law has been 'manipulated', with people wrongly accused and prosecuted while constitutional rights have been ignored. There have been many cases of search and seizure made by the Canadian RCMP, using lightning raids based on rumor more than fact - a parallel seen here that can be matched by examples of baseless raids made by the ATF.
Of particular relevance to the right to bear arms, is a section on guns in Vermont (at 55:40) which makes extremely salient points from numerous angles. This is in many ways the 'model' for gun ownership that the antis invariably choose to ignore.
