L. Neil Smith's "Is It Too Late for America?"
is a powerful article which I wish all Americans would
read. I am sending its link to quite a few of my friends,
and suggest you do the same.
Our sovereignty, as a nation, and as individuals,
is being seriously threatened while Americans stand
by and let liberty after liberty be stripped from
them while imperialistic empire-building big-government
politicians (both on the "left" and "right")
further selfish agendas at the expense of the American
people.
L. Neil Smith's focus on the extreme danger to any
people who permit their government to abrogate such
power as "gun control" (any regulation of
firearm ownership) cuts right to the heart of the
matter: private firearm ownership is the our ultimate
insurance against tyranny. The biggest threat to our
freedom lies with the federal government abrogating
liberties. We must be vigilant, for the consequences
are dire (as history has demonstrated) for any nation
which permits this insidious tyrannical path to develop.
Government is force, thus the only answer is to cut
the size, power and cost of the federal government.
A quote from Noah Webster: “Before a standing
army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they
are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme
power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the
sword; because the whole body of people are armed,
and constitute a force superior to any band of regular
troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the
United States.”
Thank you, L. Neil Smith, for this succinct important
warning and reminder of what we are facing due to
the economic and civil liberty affronts from our own
government. I'm not sure we're ever going to be that
beacon of light to the world again given, but any
hope I have lies in individuals like you.

Another most excellent article by L. Neil Smith. The
guy is a godsend. his clarity and ability are amazing.
Naomi Wolf can go to hell, along with Buchanan.
She worked with Slick Willie and is probably still
working with the powers that be. Perhaps her book
and her speeches are a rallying point for Patriots
to get themselves arrested once HR 19955 goes through.
I don't trust that wench for one second. You can't
trust anyone any longer. We sure as hell should
never have started trusting our government. I never
have, proud to say; I do like to brag about that.
Just to answer the question, "Is it too late
for America?" To my mind, yes it is. We are
seeing the last days of this magnificent country.
And what's more -- the ignorant American sheople
deserve it.
While all this stealing of our rights and our private
property by fraud and outright violence, and the
perversion of our children by perverts was going
on, the American sheople stood down and did nothing
about it. And now that we are very near the end,
they still stand around and do nothing.
What are you waiting for ignorant-beer guzzling-sports
watching-stupid-idiotic America? You fools have
brought about your own demise through your indifference,
your laziness, your stupidity, your gluttony, your
"tolerance", but most of all your outright
ignorance.
And you deserve what is now coming to you...
You wanted the government to do something for you,
to make your life easier for you -- well, don't
look now, but they've finally done it, like it or
not, and there is no taking it back this time around.
We are about to run the gauntlet, and once and for
all we will hopefully learn how valuable Freedom
really is.
All we can now hope for is that when we rise up
to take back the country and restore the Constitution,
which we will, there will be something left to take
back.
If you want to know what is wrong with this country,
just go to the nearest mirror and take a good long
look at yourself, and you will see the problem with
America in its entirety.

And so, there you have it, ignorant America, your
just desserts. Enjoy them.
Give up my guns? Not in a million years, baby.
