Levi Strauss Supporting Gun Prohibitionists

Levi Strauss, the makers of the jeans we are so fond of buying, is taking your money and contributing heavily to PAX. PAX is anorganization circulating a petition to broaden the reach of the federal government to disarm America. Their web site can be found at http://www.paxusa.com/. If you value your right to keep and bear arms and are righteously outraged that Levi Strauss is using the profits from the jeans you wear to take away your constitutional right to own firearms, take a moment to e-mail them and express your outrage! Send your e-mail to levistrauss@levi.com. Below is the template response you will receive from Levi Strauss. No matter. Perhaps a few thousand e-mails clogging their Inbox with commitments to no longer purchase their jeans and denim clothing until they stop using YOUR money to disassemble the Second Amendment will cause them to reconsider their peerless audacity. Do it now! Our freedom cannot be placed on hold.

In liberty,
Rabbi R. Mermelstein

Addendum, January 27:

A staff writer from Guns & Ammo magazine brought this web page to myattention after we sent out yesterday's Alert regarding Levi Strauss andCo.'s support of PAX, an avowed foe of lawful gun owners. Here, LeviStrauss spells out clearly on their web site that their anti-gunagenda is a carbon copy of Handgun Control, Inc., and all the otherdismantlers of the Second Amendment. If you haven't yet e-mailed LeviStrauss to put them on notice that you will no longer purchase theirproducts, please take the time to do so! Let's let them know they arebiting the hands that feed them!

Point your browser to http://www.levismusic.com/fuse99/pax_petition.htmlfor a real eye opening experience.
