Introducing "Bill of Rights or BUST!"
JPFO has begun production on a fun and funny new project designed to raise awareness about the Bill of Rights. But we need you to help make it happen!
WHAT IS IT?
"Bill of Rights or BUST!" is a 30-minute person-on-the- street interview show in which our sharp-witted interviewer questions ordinary individuals about the Bill of Rights. We'll edit those responses into a fast-paced, hilarious show that anyone and everyone will enjoy watching and learning from.
"Bill of Rights or BUST!" will have a ton of info about what the Bill of Rights really says, delivering it with a grin instead of the usual somber stuffiness. If it flies, "Bill of Rights or BUST!" might even be the pilot for a whole series of humorous, freedom-pushing political interviews to entertain & educate. We aim to get "Bill of Rights or BUST!" onto cable TV, into classrooms, and into homes all across America!
WHY DO IT?
The US flag is considered the symbol of our rights and freedoms, but the Bill of Rights is the source. It is the document that confirms that individual rights were born within us and existed before any nation or flag on earth. It defines abuses no government must ever be allowed to commit and rights no honest government would ever violate.
To the degree that we personally adhere to the Bill of Rights and demand that our governments do so, we are free. To the degree that we tolerate violations of the Bill of Rights, we're on the road to tyranny.
Americans like to be entertained. "Bill of Rights or BUST!" will fulfill that need for entertainment, all while introducing (or re-introducing) the audience to their inherent rights as free citizens. Pretty sneaky, huh?
HOW CAN I HELP?
You helped us make our award-winning documentary Innocents Betrayed a reality; "Bill of Rights or BUST!" is a much simpler production. For a total budget of just $19,000, "Bill of Rights or BUST!" can start tickling America's funnybone, maybe even before the next Bill of Rights Day, December 15.
Send us $100, and you can get:
- Your name in lights! (or at least in the Producer's Circle during the show's credits)
- A free copy of the finished production
- And a big smile of satisfaction!
Send less than $100, and you'll still be doing good (and might earn some bonus goodies, besides). Visit our "Bill of Rights or BUST!" page at www.jpfo.org/filegen-a-m/billofrightsorbust.htm . Then make a donation through our online store at www.jpfo.org//donateborob.htm .
It's about time Americans truly understood their rights.
