On September 15, 2005, we sent out an
alert regarding President Bush's vow to "take responsibility"
for certain government actions (or inactions) in the aftermath of Hurricane
Katrina . We've received a
variety of letters in response, and are printing a few of them below.
Please note, though, that the views expressed are not necessarily those
of JPFO.

Caution, my friends. Take time to catch your breath.
I suggest that we lay low on this one until Pres. Bush gets the two
new Justices on SCOTUS. Unless he can do that, we dare not bring a
2nd Amendment case into the courts. If we make too big a fuss now,
the Demo's will make it impossible for him to shift the balance of
the court. This would be a "Strategic" holding of the tongue
for the long-term good.
Under the present Federal Courts, we would lose at all levels. Remember,
these were mostly Clinton/Reno appointees. Wait until we capture the
"Artillery" before we storm the ramparts.

Make sure that President Bush gets a copy of that e-mail letter which
you send to me, and then have him respond to it. You, Aaron, are as
always right on target. But don't forget the the real slave masters
of the American people are the Federal Reserve Bankers. They are,
" Hiding in Plain Sight", as the author Mr. Ken Bowers writes
in his book.
The Federal Reserve Bankers control both parties, the Democratic
as well as the Republican parties and they overide the will of the
people, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. They are the main
movers of disarming the public and having "their judges"
legislate from the bench.
They are the pushers of communism from the beginning, using Karl
Marx's communist manifesto that is very similar to the Democratic
platform that I have read in the year of 1969-70. And thus former
Premier Nikita Krutchev, knowing that, could say what he did in the
United Nation's Building in New York in 1961, when he took off his
shoe and pounded the podium saying," I don't worry about you
Americans, we ( the communists) will win the war against you without
firing a shot"...because he knew that the Democratic Party was
the American Communist Party in disguise (Scientist Newton used to
say, "The apple does not fall far from the tree").
My friend Aaron, do you doubt my discovery? The corporate set-up
to deprive the people of their right to the fruit of their labors
and make the the corporate monsters and thieves richer and make the
workers poorer through exessive taxation must be distroyed, or they
will destroy a free society.

Let me know please, if Bush even mentions it. This should remind
everyone to never register your weapons. The 2nd amendment is an individual
right free men are born with and government is forbidden by the Constitution
to infringe on our right to bear arms. The action taken by the government
was illegal and all victims should file suit for the violation of
their rights.

BE SURE TO LET FOLKS KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD BE SURE AND TURN IN ANY
"LOST" GUNS, THAT WERE TAKEN (STOLEN) BY THE POLICE OR ANY
OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCY, TO THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. IF IT IS TAKEN
AGAINST THEIR WILL, IT IS STOLEN, IF IT IS TAKEN ILLEGALLY, IT'S STOLEN.
EVEN IF THEY DON'T HAVE FLOOD INSURANCE, THE GUNS WERE STOLEN, NOT
LOST IN A FLOOD!
A WHILE BACK, MY SON HAD A GUN TAKEN AS EVIDENCE IN A CRIME, THE
CHARGES WERE DISMISSED. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO RECOVER THE GUN FROM
THE POLICE, IT WAS LOST THEY COULD NOT FIND IT. MY SON WAS TOLD BY
THE POLICE THAT HE SHOULD "GET A LAWYER"!
INSTEAD OF A LAWYER HE TURNED IT IN TO HIS INSURANCE COMPANY, TELLING
THEM JUST WHAT HAPPENED. THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK
INTO THE MATTER AND GET BACK TO HIM.
WELL TWO DAYS LATER THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CALLED HIM AND ASKED HIM
TO COME DOWN AND PICK UP HIS GUN. WHEN HE WENT TO PICK IT UP IT HAD
A NEW MAGAZINE, WHEN THE GUN WAS TAKEN THEY DID NOT TAKE THE MAGAZINE
WITH IT. I'M SURE ONE OF THE COPS THOUGHT HE HAD A NEW 7mm BROWNING
HUNTING RIFLE......

Bush takes responsibility? How nice. I have some questions for him:
What does that mean to you, Mr. President? Are you resigning in shame
as you should?
Are you ready to be judged by the Congress for high crimes and misdemeanors?
Are you prepared for your appointment with the World Court for your
war crimes?
Or do you have to get on with your life now that you've taken all
that respilibility . . . reponpitilibly . . . repperliblitty . . .
you know, whatever?

Greetings [JPFO],
Political Responsibility is what the politicians accept. There is
no liability or consequences for political mistakes, intentional misconduct,
imorality or any wrong doing. Political mistakes are usually planned
before they are made.
The reason of course is the voters elected them. The blame and liabilities
generated by a declared responsibility falls on the voters and tax
payers that elected he[r]. Unfortunately ALL the taxpayers and ALL
the voters are liable because we are all EQUAL.
The American people have had numerous "wake up calls" during
the last 105 years. They have chosen to hit the "snooze"
button and we are well into the 11th hour in the life of this nation.
The miracle that can recover Uncle Sam, is not just public opinion
but public action. Either public opinion of 200 million of the 298
million Americans (that includes between 22 and 24 million illegal
aliens from 150 countries) to quit arguing about "one nation
under God" in the pledge of Allegience and pledge an oath "...
to protect and defend the Constitution of the united States against
all enemies foreign and domestic.."
The group of 535 pompus mattoids in Washington DC that calls themseves
the Legislature, the persons occupying President and vice President
offices are suppose to be complying with ARTICLE IV, Section 4 of
the US Constitution that reads:
"The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union
a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against
Invasion, and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive
(when the Legislature cannot be covened) against domestic violence)"
The nation of 50 states has been invaded by Illegal aliens for the
last 50 years. The immigration law has not been enforced by the Federal
government, state governments, county governments. or local governments
The 50 Sovereign Nations have been invaded by Domestic enemies from
the District of Columbia and they have set up judicial, postal, financial
and various unconstitutional agency districts, FBI, FEMA, IRS, SSI
and others in each state to eliminate the individal sovereign citizen
status of every American citizen and make us subjects of USA Inc.
and the foreign inerests that dominate it.
There is a quote on the back page of my little Citizen's Handbook
( that every American should have a copy of) that is not offensive
to either JPFO or Judean Christians- (it's in the Old Testament)-
"My People are destroyed for lack of Knowledge ....!" and
I add, lack of unity and lack of united action. Make the government
official you elected obey the laws they legislate or fire them.

Although I agree with your point below and believe mistakes were
made re the confiscation of firearms (meaning people should NOT have
given them to the whom ever was collecting them) I have a bigger fear
that if Hilary or someone of her ilk gets elected this will pale in
comparison to the restrictions or laws put in place to monitor ownership
or end legitimate ownership entirely.
On another front, why are most Jews aligned with democrats? Is this
just an historical stance? As a Jew, much of the rhetoric and nonsense
being spewed by the left is almost totally ludicrous to me. That is
not to say that I do not have similar issues with the far right. Ultimately
fanaticism from any group is a bad thing - hence the need to defend
oneself in the event of pogrom-like events, no matter who they are
targeted against.
