Looking for Hate in All the Wrong Places

After our recent alert concerning the ADL "The _Real_ Danger to Jewish People" (http://www.jpfo.org/alert20051118.htm), we heard from other folks who suggested looking deeper into the subject. In doing so, we discovered a disturbing trend: in seeking out and recording anti-Semitism around the world, Jewish experts are curiously blind to the institution that historically has been the greatest danger to Jews -- government itself.

We've documented this bias in an article entitled, "Looking for Hate in All the Wrong Places" (http://www.jpfo.org/lookingforhate.htm). Please take a few moments to read this very important article. Jews -- indeed, any marginal group -- must remember the lesson of history. Tolerance is fragile, and those who make alliances with the state do so at their own peril.
