There have been numerous attempts to confirm or deny the ''right'' aspect of the Second Amendment - it most certainly is NOT a 'privilage'. Here, Eugene Volokh does a very good job with perhaps one exception -- the mention of the word ''reasonable'' - a dangerous term if abused as has been seen many times. Beyond that, he makes the necessary points that confirm a total right, for the people, which shall not be infringed.
