The JPFO Freedom Flyer
This celebrates the 24 years of JPFO up until 2011 plus. Visit the Flyer web page by going here, also click on the adjacent thumbnail to see a larger image of the Flyer (available as a printable PDF). This is now an updated Flyer along with its chronological achievements review. Associated relevant links for each year are shown on the site page. The JPFO site began in 1999 but prior to that, the organization had achieved much with various publications including "Gun Control" Gateway to Tyranny and the beginnings of the "Granpa’ Jack" booklet series.

The JPFO Campaigns Page
Way back, Aaron Zelman instigated campaigns to educate and inform, which included as with the BATFE, an attempt to expose its out-of-control core of abuses and flagrant disregard for constitutional integrity. The "Dial 911 and Die" book is just one example of exposing the many misconceptions surrounding ‘Police Protection’. In more recent times, award winning videos have added to the mission of education.Visit the The Campaigns Page to see the thrust of JPFO’s efforts over the years to educate and create change.

JPFO Freedom Music.
We have a number of Freedom oriented sound files - mostly songs, but also including a reading of the Bill of Rights. Some of the earliest items were made by Aaron's son Jeremy and over time since then we have received a few more from various sources.These all have copyright to some degree by default but they are freely available for download and distribution, for non-commercial use. To download any of these files go to the main page, but we do also offer these files set up in a freedom music player, such that you can listen here on JPFO. We hope you can enjoy some of the inspirational, as well as fun music tracks.

Talkin’ to America, the audio files.
August 2005 saw the beginning of this exclusive JPFO feature. It has comprized interviews with people within, for the most part, the Second Amendment community and supporters of The Bill of Rights, and more often than not interviews were carried out by Aaron Zelman himself. The end result was an MP3 soundfile for download or utilizing as a Podcast with iTunes or similar.Since Aaron’s passing in December 2010, there has been a temporary hiatus but it is planned to bring this back to life again. There are a great many items worth listening to and so, take a tour through the Talkin’ to America pages and familiarize with all the material on offer.

The Open Letters Index
JPFO has over time written many open letters, and while it is often difficult to gauge their impact - in the end the sending of a (usually strong) message across a wide audience is the main objective. Just perhaps sometimes these are seen by people who either pause for thought, or even gain an understanding of an issue. Some letters came from other authors but are shown due to their relevance and importance.Go to the Open Letters Page page where you'll find a list of many letters both written by JPFO and others and accumulated over time. JPFO's material on the Bill of Rights is broad and considerable. In our newer look site layout we have tried to put significant emphasis on navigation. The content is large after many years and so some things can be hard to find, but it is hoped that the top menu bar and left column flyout menu will cover most needs adequately. JPFO’s Tribute to its Founder
On December 21st 2010, JPFO’s Founder Aaron Zelman passed away. It was both a tragically sad loss, as well as a blow to suddenly feel almost leaderless. Aaron’s mission however is still alive and well as we have picked up the pieces and strive to continue and further the cause with vigor and determination towards even greater achievements.Even if you are new to JPFO, Read our tribute, as you will learn much about the origins and purpose of JPFO, and the man who gave it life. The Gang Movie
This deep digging documentary movie was released in 2007 and runs 85 minutes. It contains material that many would find hard to believe, as it exposes the abuses and inconsistencies of the out-of-control agency BATFE.Purchase a copy from the JPFO store, learn the facts, and then pass that information on to those who might have any doubts. Why Join JPFO?
JPFO tries to be an educator by supplying "intellectual ammunition" - the idea being that we provide information for folks to use the best they can, to further the fight against "Gun Control". We are tax exempt and cannot lobby or endorse but, for sure we can give you the fodder you need such that you can do your bit the best way you can. The fight to preserve our 2A is vital.
Researching to find data, writing articles, as well maintaining the site - all takes time and expense and so, help towards keeping this active and vital is essential. We would encourage anyone who finds our efforts worthwhile to become a member, or even donate - it all helps us survive and continue the hard fought battle.
Please dig deep, use the search, explore through our menus - find even old pages and pass them on. Dissemination of material is invaluable.
Of Despots and Sheeple

Since the Newtown, Connecticut shooting, the anti-gun mafia has been out in full force, inclusive of the lamestream media talking heads, governors, mayors, legislators -- state and federal, special interest groups like Sarah Brady's foaming-at-the-mouth anti-2nd Amendment bunch, and Hollywood weirdoes, to say nothing of the Marxist in the White House; the group Mayors Against Illegal Guns has sprung forth with a PSA -- public service announcement -- in which a plethora of Hollyweird types appear, calling on Washington to come up with a "gun control plan." There's a reason I don't support the Hollyweird industry -- actors may have money, they may have media presence, they may wine and dine with the elite; but, for the most part, they haven't got the common sense God gave a goose.
All these people want to take away the right of Americans to keep and bear arms. To see just how lacking these people are – in common sense, the ability to think and reason with any degree of logic – take a look at this website where the editor, a rabid anti-gunner, is aiding and abetting the cause by helping criminals identify homes of law-abiding citizens where they might be able to steal a gun.
People who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it.
We have a Marxist in the White House who would like nothing better than to seize all guns, thereby leaving the American people defenseless against government tyranny. Stalin, Lenin, Hitler and Mussolini were all able to seize power because the people were defenseless to do anything about it.
What do Stalin, Lenin, Hitler and Mussolini have in common with the Marxist in the White House? They were all Marxists too, of one shade or another, whether fascist, national socialist (Nazi), or communist.
There are two things that all of these anti-gunners carefully avoid in the discussion of the right to keep and bear arms.1) Laws are not made for criminals because criminals don't obey laws anyway. This makes it very apparent that restricting the rights of law-abiding citizens won't stop criminals from shooting up malls, churches, schools, theaters, etc.
2) If the intent is to kill, most anything can be used to accomplish the desired end, including water. In China, recently, a man with a knife stabbed 22 school children.
That the anti-gun mafia continues to advocate the termination of the right to keep and bear arms, makes their agenda very clear -- they want to disarm the American people and leave them defenseless against government tyranny.
People who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it.
And history tells us that the very first people purged by despots who have seized power, are those who helped them seize power. Stalin did it; Lenin did it; Mussolini did it; Hitler also did it.
Why were these the first people to be lined up and executed? Because people who are so easily led, who truly believe in the presumptive cause, are blind to the real agenda of the despot; and once they discover they have been used against their own self-interest, they become the worst enemy of the despot, for there is a very fine line between absolute love and absolute hate. When people figure out they have been used, absolute love turns to absolute hate and these people become very dangerous to the despot.
And those who helped Stalin, Lenin, Mussolini, Hitler seize power were people just like those now wanting to take away the right of every American to keep and bear arms.
Are these people really so stupid that they truly believe that the way of the despot won't happen this time, if they get their way?
Unfortunately, this class of people never seem to stop to think until it's too late. Only when they realize the threat to their own self-interest do they realize they've been duped and used.
The anti-gunners couch their argument in terms of being enlightened, progressive, civilized; but they are anything but enlightened; progressive and communist are synonymous; as for being civilized, being ignorant isn't being civilized. A civilized society is one that adheres to a moral code that reaches across the society, as a whole, binding the citizens together under a common standard.
As established, America held to such a moral code, and prospered. In America, today, no such moral code exists.
In America today, brought on by those who call themselves enlightened, progressive, civilized, there is no right and wrong, no moral standard, everything is continually in flux. Under such a society, the advocate can justify every decadent behavior as a "right" while disparaging a moral code as "old fashioned" and archaic. America has, for the past sixty years, taken on the persona of Sodom and Gomorrah.
People who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it.
We can look at what happened to like societies of the past -- the worst being the Roman Empire where every kind of decadent behavior was encouraged and practiced openly, until the society imploded due to moral decadence.
Will America be any different? No. We are watching, due to the moral decay of our society, increased violence, increased crime, increased sexual deviance, increased sexual decadence. No society has for long withstood moral decadence for with such moral decadence comes economic regression and the welfare state, exactly where America stands today.
Paul Harvey had it right when he said that things in America would only get better when the morals of the people got better.
To every anti-gunner, I have this to say -- I will give up my right to keep and bear arms only after every gun is confiscated from every Secret Service Agent, every member of the military, every elected representative, every federal and state law enforcement official, every cop, every police officer, every peace officer, every security guard, every government agent and bureaucrat, and every criminal.
The right to keep and bear arms is not about anyone's "hunting rifle"; the right to keep and bear arms is about the right of the people to defend themselves against anyone who would attempt the taking of their rights.
What stands between the Marxist in the White House and tyranny is the right of every American to keep and bear arms.
Two hundred and thirty-six years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, our Founding Fathers are still more intelligent and have more common sense than the anti-gun crowd. But then they knew, having suffered the tyranny of King George, that the right to keep and bear arms was imperative to the God-given right of every man, woman and child to be free of evil tyrants who walk among us.
