The JPFO Freedom Flyer
This celebrates the 20 years of JPFO up until 2009 plus. Visit the Flyer web page by going here, and click on the adjacent thumbnail to see a larger image of the PDF cover. All eight pages (PDF) of the hard copy publication are to be found in the Flyer page along with a chronological achievements review. The JPFO Campaigns Page
Way back, Aaron Zelman instigated campaigns to educate and inform, which included as with the BATFE, an attempt to expose its out-of-control core of abuses and flagrant disregard for constitutional integrity. The "Dial 911 and Die" book is just one example of exposing the many misconceptions surrounding ‘Police Protection’. In more recent times, award winning videos have added to the mission of education.Visit the The Campaigns Page to see the thrust of JPFO’s efforts over the years to educate and create change.

JPFO Freedom Music.
We have a number of Freedom oriented sound files - mostly songs, but also including a reading of the Bill of Rights. Some of the earliest items were made by Aaron's son Jeremy and over time since then we have received a few more from various sources.These all have copyright to some degree by default but they are freely available for download and distribution, for non-commercial use. To download any of these files go to the main page, but we do also offer these files set up in a freedom music player, such that you can listen here on JPFO. We hope you can enjoy some of the inspirational, as well as fun music tracks.

Talkin’ to America, the audio files.
August 2005 saw the beginning of this exclusive JPFO feature. It has comprized interviews with people within, for the most part, the Second Amendment community and supporters of The Bill of Rights, and more often than not interviews were carried out by Aaron Zelman himself. The end result was an MP3 soundfile for download or utilizing as a Podcast with iTunes or similar.Since Aaron’s passing in December 2010, there has been a temporary hiatus but it is planned to bring this back to life again. There are a great many items worth listening to and so, take a tour through the Talkin’ to America pages and familiarize with all the material on offer.

The Open Letters Index
JPFO has over time written many open letters, and while it is often difficult to gauge their impact - in the end the sending of a (usually strong) message across a wide audience is the main objective. Just perhaps sometimes these are seen by people who either pause for thought, or even gain an understanding of an issue. Some letters came from other authors but are shown due to their relevance and importance.Go to the Open Letters Page page where you'll find a list of many letters both written by JPFO and others and accumulated over time. Find time to read as many as you can (most may be on the old site format).

JPFO's material on the Bill of Rights is broad and considerable. In our newer look site layout we have tried to put significant emphasis on navigation. The content is large after many years and so some things can be hard to find, but it is hoped that the top menu bar and left column flyout menu will cover most needs adequately. The JPFO Handbills Page
Over time JPFO has taken a graphics approach to reinforcing certain mission intensive issues, by generating handbills that people can print out and pass around.These usually amplify a message towards those in power who wish to see law abiding people disarmed. JPFO’s Tribute to its Founder
On December 21st 2010, JPFO’s Founder Aaron Zelman passed away. It was both a tragically sad loss, as well as a blow to suddenly feel almost leaderless. Aaron’s mission however is still alive and well as we have picked up the pieces and strive to continue and further the cause with vigor and determination towards even greater achievements.Even if you are new to JPFO, Read our tribute, as you will learn much about the origins and purpose of JPFO, and the man who gave it life. A suitable companion to this tribute is "The JPFO Freedom Flyer", which was a celebration of JPFO’s 20th anniversary.

The Rabbi’s Pages Index.
Rabbi Dovid Bendory is the JPFO’s Rabbinic Director, and since the passing of Aaron Zelman in 2010, has magnificently filled the gap regarding the Jewish aspect. The Gang Movie
This deep digging documentary movie was released in 2007 and runs 85 minutes. It contains material that many would find hard to believe, as it exposes the abuses and inconsistencies of the out-of-control agency BATFE.Purchase a copy from the JPFO store, learn the facts, and then pass that information on to those who might have any doubts. Why Join JPFO?
JPFO tries to be an educator by supplying "intellectual ammunition" - the idea being that we provide information for folks to use the best they can, to further the fight against "Gun Control". We are tax exempt and cannot lobby or endorse but, for sure we can give you the fodder you need such that you can do your bit the best way you can. The fight to preserve our 2A is vital.
Researching to find data, writing articles, as well maintaining the site - all takes time and expense and so, help towards keeping this active and vital is essential. We would encourage anyone who finds our efforts worthwhile to become a member, or even donate - it all helps us survive and continue the hard fought battle.
Please dig deep, use the search, explore through our menus - find even old pages and pass them on. Dissemination of material is invaluable.

A decision on the landmark Supreme Court case “McDonald vs. The City of Chicago” is expected by the end of June. As with the previous “Heller vs. District of Columbia” decision some two years earlier, educated gun owners are on pins and needles regarding McDonald’s outcome.
On the Internet there are many articulate evaluations of the oral arguments the Justices heard in McDonald in March. It is assumed that a favorable 5-4 victory for gun owners is in the wind. The question remains: How definitive a victory will it be?
In Justice Scalia’s majority commentary on the Heller decision there was unfortunately enough “wiggle room” in his language to allow D.C. to immediately pile layer upon layer of taxation, licensing, and bureaucratic barriers that the D.C. ban on ownership of a handgun in one’s home is still effectively in place. No one can expect Richard Daley, Chicago’s authoritarian Mobster Mayor to concede with any less of a struggle.
No, McDonald will unfortunately not reverberate all that rapidly and positively in the huge urban areas. If you live in San Francisco, Boston, New York City, Chicago, or any other bastion of socialist liberalism, you’ll be made to jump through every hoop imaginable to register a handgun to just keep in your home, much less carry on your person.
What every pro-gun organization, from the smallest to the largest, must do, if a McDonald decision sides with our cause, is to legalistically and philosophically go on the ruthless offensive with every lawful means possible.

Lawsuits must fly. Squeaky clean plaintiffs must step forward to take the heat. It will not be enjoyable. But the tragic alternative, armed resistance towards an intolerably tyrannical government, would be unimaginably worse.
To our knowledge, JPFO is the only established Second Amendment organization that has directly and unequivocally come out and called for the complete destruction of “gun control”. In our award winning documentaries “2A Today for the U.S.A.” and the controversial (but inarguable) “No Guns for Negroes”, JPFO explains how any form of “gun control” is a direct threat to our freedom. JPFO has, for more than twenty years, provided the “intellectual ammunition” needed to win the hearts and minds of our fellow Americans. But we have to use it to be effective.
What we must never forget is that the Richard Daleys, the Dianne Feinsteins, the Chuckie Schumers, and the Michael Bloombergs are not going to go away.[] Until “gun control” is completely destroyed in America, there will always be some unctuous politician, dictatorial police chief, or un-elected bureaucrat striving to smother your freedom with licensing, fees, hidden taxes, arduous and intrusive background checks, and (most dangerously) actual firearms registration.
♦ What we must never forget is that the Richard Daleys, the Dianne Feinsteins, the Chuckie Schumers, and the Michael Bloombergs are not going to go away.
Sadly, far too many of these police statists are Jews. JPFO was founded to take on these dangerous deceivers. JPFO can say what other pro-gun groups cannot. JPFO cannot be seriously labeled “anti-Semitic” without eliciting howls of derision. JPFO confronts and condemns the “Bagel Brained Jews” who are attempting to lead our nation into George Orwell’s nightmare.
JPFO is now completing a new documentary film titled “No Guns for Jews”. Some Jews, like Dianne Feinstein and Charles Schumer, are incurable authoritarians. But other Jewish politicians and policy makers can hopefully be reached. When this film is completed with your support, we ask you to give it as wide a presentation as possible…and silence Jewish gun prohibitionists.

Help JPFO destroy “gun control”. Please take a personal role in preserving freedom in America. Hopefully, we will celebrate a McDonald victory, but then we must strike while the iron is hot. Whatever the Supreme Court’s decision actually is, the much needed “intellectual ammo” from JPFO will help you battle our very misguided enemies.
Dianne Feinstein calls it a “culture war”. It is a war that we, not she and her ilk, must win. Failure is not an option.
