The JPFO Freedom Flyer
This celebrates the 24 years of JPFO up until 2011 plus. Visit the Flyer web page by going here, also click on the adjacent thumbnail to see a larger image of the Flyer (available as a printable PDF). This is now an updated Flyer along with its chronological achievements review. Associated relevant links for each year are shown on the site page. The JPFO site began in 1999 but prior to that, the organization had achieved much with various publications including "Gun Control" Gateway to Tyranny and the beginnings of the "Granpa’ Jack" booklet series.

The JPFO Campaigns Page
Way back, Aaron Zelman instigated campaigns to educate and inform, which included as with the BATFE, an attempt to expose its out-of-control core of abuses and flagrant disregard for constitutional integrity. The "Dial 911 and Die" book is just one example of exposing the many misconceptions surrounding ‘Police Protection’. In more recent times, award winning videos have added to the mission of education.Visit the The Campaigns Page to see the thrust of JPFO’s efforts over the years to educate and create change.

JPFO Freedom Music.
We have a number of Freedom oriented sound files - mostly songs, but also including a reading of the Bill of Rights. Some of the earliest items were made by Aaron's son Jeremy and over time since then we have received a few more from various sources.These all have copyright to some degree by default but they are freely available for download and distribution, for non-commercial use. To download any of these files go to the main page, but we do also offer these files set up in a freedom music player, such that you can listen here on JPFO. We hope you can enjoy some of the inspirational, as well as fun music tracks.

Talkin’ to America, the audio files.
August 2005 saw the beginning of this exclusive JPFO feature. It has comprized interviews with people within, for the most part, the Second Amendment community and supporters of The Bill of Rights, and more often than not interviews were carried out by Aaron Zelman himself. The end result was an MP3 soundfile for download or utilizing as a Podcast with iTunes or similar.Since Aaron’s passing in December 2010, there has been a temporary hiatus but it is planned to bring this back to life again. There are a great many items worth listening to and so, take a tour through the Talkin’ to America pages and familiarize with all the material on offer.

The Open Letters Index
JPFO has over time written many open letters, and while it is often difficult to gauge their impact - in the end the sending of a (usually strong) message across a wide audience is the main objective. Just perhaps sometimes these are seen by people who either pause for thought, or even gain an understanding of an issue. Some letters came from other authors but are shown due to their relevance and importance.Go to the Open Letters Page page where you'll find a list of many letters both written by JPFO and others and accumulated over time. JPFO's material on the Bill of Rights is broad and considerable. JPFO’s Tribute to its Founder
On December 21st 2010, JPFO’s Founder Aaron Zelman passed away. It was both a tragically sad loss, as well as a blow to suddenly feel almost leaderless. Aaron’s mission however is still alive and well as we have picked up the pieces and strive to continue and further the cause with vigor and determination towards even greater achievements.Even if you are new to JPFO, Read our tribute, as you will learn much about the origins and purpose of JPFO, and the man who gave it life. The Gang Movie
This deep digging documentary movie was released in 2007 and runs 85 minutes. It contains material that many would find hard to believe, as it exposes the abuses and inconsistencies of the out-of-control agency BATFE.Purchase a copy from the JPFO store, learn the facts, and then pass that information on to those who might have any doubts. Why Join JPFO?
JPFO tries to be an educator by supplying "intellectual ammunition" - the idea being that we provide information for folks to use the best they can, to further the fight against "Gun Control". We are tax exempt and cannot lobby or endorse but, for sure we can give you the fodder you need such that you can do your bit the best way you can. The fight to preserve our 2A is vital.
Researching to find data, writing articles, as well maintaining the site - all takes time and expense and so, help towards keeping this active and vital is essential. We would encourage anyone who finds our efforts worthwhile to become a member, or even donate - it all helps us survive and continue the hard fought battle.
Please dig deep, use the search, explore through our menus - find even old pages and pass them on. Dissemination of material is invaluable.

Charles Heller, on his Sunday February 17th program on Liberty Watch Radio, covered an extensive interview with Sheriff Thomas Lorey. Elected in 1995, this ex Navy law officer is Sheriff of Fulton County in New York State, and a staunch follower of the Constitution and his oath of office. Since the rapid 'knee-jerk' passing of Governor Cuomo's January 15th draconian gun and magazine ban legislation in his state ("Safe Act"), he declares himself to be one among a growing number of Sheriffs opposed to such drastic steps, sufficient to take all legal methods possible to not enforce the unconstitutional measures. No scandal is more threatening to the Obama administration than Operation Fast and Furious. While other scandals involve money, Fast and Furious involves lives, including that of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, gunned down with a weapon that the federal government put in the hands of Mexico's narco-terrorists.
Katie Pavlich's new book "Fast and Furious": 'Barack Obama's Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up' - explains, in chilling detail, just what this operation conducted by the ATF, under the supervision of the Justice Department, entailed – equally appalling is the blatant cover-up of wrongdoing by the Obama administration. David Olofson, talks on Blogtalkradio with Daren Wilburn, in the "Police in America" program (2/29/2012). He goes into much detail about his travesty of a prosecution (January 2008) and subsequent prison term (see our index page about his case), with background information on himself and the case time line. At the one hour mark, Larry Pratt of GOA is present and gives his views as someone who helped David legally and with support. At around 1 hour 16 mins Kelly Kernicki speaks - he was the guy who had borrowed the gun in question when it triple-tapped and he was not allowed to give evidence.
Although this is a long broadcast, it is useful as either a reminder of the case to those that had followed it previously, or as a fairly complete resumé for anyone new to this digusting example of "American Justice"

Aaron Zelman interviews author Orlando Martin. - Aaron learns about the subject of Orlando's new book - "JFK, Analysis of a Shooting" (web site http://www.jfkanalysis.com/). The book investigates some intriguing aspects of the assassination of President Kennedy on November 22nd 1963 and in particular the number of shooters involved. He finds very clear evidence not only of cover up and falsification of facts but considers the part Oswald played to have been far different from what the record states - not quite the 'Lone Gunman'. Some very interesting theories emerge.

"Interview with Doug Friesen - Part One " - Aaron Zelman talks with attorney Doug Friesen - victim of BATFE abuse. Because he happened to represent certain BATFE and LE perceived "undesirable" motor cycle clients, he became a target to effectively be framed. It took almost five years for charges to follow a search where he had a legally registered machine gun - just 10 days before the statute of limitations ran out! JPFO's "The Gang" movie played an important roll in his successful squashing of the case.
